Salivary Diagnostic Reagent Kits

Designed to utilize chemiluminescence technology

The salivary diagnostic microplate assays are now available for the quantification of cortisol, testosterone, progesterone, and estradiol. Common ELISA equipment, such as multichannel pipettes and microplate washers, can be utilized with these assays because they are configured with a traditional 96-well microplate. The salivary assays are an alternative to traditional assays that require blood products because the saliva sample is noninvasive and does not stress the patient in a situation where analyte levels are influenced by stress.
