The Downflow ductless workstation protects users from potentially hazardous fumes, vapors, and particulates when working with heavy solvents or powders. The workstation draws air down past the sample, through the perforated stainless-steel base and through a series of carbon or HEPA filters. Visual alarms indicate when filters approach saturation and need replacement. The work area is illuminated by fluorescent lighting.
