The XPert filtered balance system protects users during weighing procedures involving dry chemicals, mold, and asbestos by keeping powders and particulates contained and away from the operator. The system’s 23-inch interior depth accommodates large micro and analytical balances. The Clean-Sweep™ airfoil allows air to sweep the work surface while the upper containment sash foil bleeds air into the enclosure to direct contaminants away from the user’s breathing zone. A bag-in/bag-out filter disposal system allows the HEPA filter to be safely removed and replaced.
