By utilizing antibodies that are specific to different drug classes, the dip drug screen test permits independent and simultaneous detection of any combination of drugs from a single sample in 5 minutes. Regardless of the drug levels in the sample, a rose-pink color band is produced in each control zone by a parallel immunochemical reaction. The color band serves as a built–in quality control measure that demonstrates antibody recognition, verifying that the reagents are chemically active.
     The dip-and-read drug-test panels can be made with different drug combinations with one to ten tests on each panel or a combination of tests on two test-device panels. Self-contained drug-test cups with test combinations and temperature strips also are available.
