The HIV-1 assay validation kit provides a turnkey system to validate in-house, ASR, RUO, or IVD HIV-1 RNA assays. The kit contains standard quantitative panels, controls, and a validation protocol. Two HIV-1 RNA panels, three sets of controls, and a written protocol also are included. Users do not have to write the protocol or find the required calibrators and controls for validation requirements.
