Cartridged lithium reagent kits from Carolina Liquid Chemistries are now available for use on Synchron CX and LX chemistry analyzers. The reagents are stable for 30 days and have a 7-day calibration stability. Each reagent kit contains two 70-test cartridges and two lithium calibrators.  Carolina Liquid Chemistries’ lithium correlates with atomic absorption and has a precision of less than 3% and linearity from 0.2 to 5 mmol/L. The lithium values are available in low, normal, and high, and are assigned to the company’s assayed chemistry controls.
