Fluorescent Proteins Guide

Details a variety of useful in vitro applications

A 16-page guide describing the use of novel fluorescent proteins in various biological applications is now available from Axxora. The reference guide details a variety of in vitro applications, including gene expression analysis, protein localization, cell labeling, and protein-protein interaction and co-localization studies. The guide also includes discussion on the general properties of fluorescent proteins, as well as their advantages, limitations, and recommended usage. Among the proteins featured in the guide are KFP-Red, a photoactivatable Kindling-Red fluorescent protein; CopGFP, a super-bright and fast-maturing green fluorescent protein; PhyYFP, a true yellow fluorescent protein; and t-HcRed, a nonoligomeric, far-red fluorescent protein.
