Cyclosporine Assay

For therapeutic drug management in transplant medicine

Available on Beckman Coulter’s SYNCHRON LX® and SYNCHRON CX® family of clinical chemistry analyzers, the CEDIA Cyclosporine (CsA) PLUS is for the quantitative determination of CsA concentration in human whole blood to aid in the management of therapy in kidney, liver, and heart transplants.
The CsA assay features a one-step lysis process that requires no centrifugation or decanting. The test’s dual-assay protocol features a low-range, trough-level assay that measures samples from 25 to 450 ng/µL. The test also includes a high-range, C-2-level assay, which measures samples from 400 to 2,000 ng/µL.
Other TDM assays available on Beckman Coulter’s SYNCHRON® systems include tests for vancomycin, acetaminophen, carbamazepine, digoxin, gentamicin, phenobarbital, phenytoin, theophylline, tobramycin, and valproic acid.
