Disposable BMP cytology funnels are the functional equivalent of the Thermo Shandon CytoFunnel®, and are fully compatible with the Shandon CytoSpin centrifuge. The funnels are used to deposit thin layers of cells in a specified area of a microscope slide.
      The funnels are available in both single- and double-deposition configurations. The single-funnel unit provides a consistent and homogeneous cell deposition area of 6 mm for sample volumes of up to 0.4 µL. The double-funnel unit provides two 6 mm cell-deposition areas on each slide for sample volumes up to 0.25 µL.
