Pharmacia Diagnostics now offers its next-generation ImmunoCAP®-based instrumentation and CLIA-moderate assays. The tests use a 3-D cellulose polymer sponge solid phase, a 40 µL serum or plasma sample per test, and reagents optimized for 37° C processing for heightened assay performance.
     ImmunoCAP random access automation is designed to minimize labor and turnaround time while maximizing efficiency. The ImmunoCAP 250 and ImmunoCAP 1000 instruments provide the first result in 100 minutes, and an auto release function helps reduce costs.
