Mass Spectroscopy Grade Proteases

For protein sequence analysis

Mass Spectroscopy Grade (MSG) Proteases™ are chemically modified to prevent autolysis, which limits the generation of interfering protease fragments. Their stability is increased, making them stable in strong denaturing buffers for consistent activity over longer digestion periods. MSG Proteases are suitable for automated or manual protein sequencing; and they are available for bovine or procine trypsin, arginine-C, aspartic-N, chymotrypsin, lysine-C, and glutamic-C.
