     R&D RETIC-I Plus is available in trilevel packs of 4 mL pierceable tubes. The control carries a 14-day open-vial and a 75-day closed-vial stability. Assay disks are provided for assay-value uploading, and companion calibrator and CBC 5-part diff control products are available. The company also offers a complete quality-control program to RETIC-I Plus users. The program, which includes a peer group analysis, is available online and provides Internet access for both data submission and report retrieval.
