The Focus™ PhosphoRich kit is supplied in a spin-column format and is an easy-to-use protocol for enrichment of phosphoproteins from tissues and extracts. Designed for proteomic and cell-signaling studies, the kit also is suitable for isolation and identification of phosphopeptides from protein digest. The purified phosphopeptide can be analyzed and identified by any established methods, including MALDI-MS or LC-MS.
