The new LIAISON Epstein-Barr virus assays are used with the LIAISON® random-access chemiluminescent analyzer. These assays include VCA IgM, VCA IgG, and EBNA IgG. The LIAISON offers the only Epstein-Barr virus assay in an automated, random-access chemiluminescence platform. The system provides rapid results in 35 minutes with complete walkaway automation.
     The LIAISON system has a menu of more than 50 diagnostic tests, including bone and mineral, infectious disease, autoimmune, and hepatitis assays.
