     The M30 Apoptosense ELISA kit provides specific and sensitive quantification of CK18NE in cell lysates, cell supernatants, and human serum or plasma samples. It is designed for in vitro drug-screening applications as well as in vivo blood-sample assays for cancer, liver disease, and sepsis research. The M65 ELISA kit detects both CK18NE and intact CK18. When used with the M30 Apoptosense ELISA kit, the M65 can be used for calculating apoptotic versus necrotic cell death.
