The Leica CM1850 UV clinical cryostat with UVC disinfection is designed to provide user safety and high-quality sections. The cryochamber can be rapidly disinfected with ultraviolet light at any time without warming or defrosting, reducing risks for laboratory personnel dealing with potentially infectious materials.
