Measurement of anti-CCP antibodies, which can be detected early in rheumatoid arthritis (RA), aid in the diagnosis of RA. Anti-CCP antibodies also can discriminate between erosive and nonerosive RA. The ELISA kit includes well strips, calibrators, controls, a wash buffer, a diluent, a conjugate, and a stop solution. The kit has an 18-month shelf life, an end-point color stability of 24 hours, and a 60-minute incubation time.
