The Minimate™ tangential flow filtration (TFF) system by Pall Corp concentrates samples from as little as 5 mL to up to 1 liter. Subsequent desalting or buffer-exchange steps can be run on the same system with minimal user intervention. The system includes tubing and fittings for quick setup. Among the features is a roller-head peristaltic pump that gently processes critical applications like fragile biomolecules and a pressure gauge that monitors feed pressure to ensure reproducible process parameters for consistent runs. The reservoir holds up to 500 mL of sample and mixes the product. All wetted components are made from low protein binding, chemically resistant, USP Class VI materials.
