Reproductive-Failure Tests

One for autoimmune disease, one for thrombosis

Repromedix has added two new tests to its portfolio of advanced tests for reproductive failure: Anti-ß2Glycoprotein I, added to the antiphospholipid panel, and Antithrombin Activity (AT), added to the thrombophilia panel. Anti-ß2Glycoprotein I is a member of the antiphospholipid antibodies that has been significantly linked to pregnancy complications and thrombotic events. The AT Activity test indicates conditions including multiple miscarriages, stillbirth, pre-eclampsia, inter-uterine fetal death, and thrombosis.
