     Semiautomated aseptic dispensing, filling, and plugging operations eliminate the concerns caused by human operator/product interface by providing nonhuman contact in the filling of liquid product into vials or bottles.
     The space-saving FP50 features a peristaltic dispenser that enables fast, easy setup and quick product changeover. A precision turntable infeed, an in-line filling station, and a rubber-plug closure applicator have been designed to remove the risk of operator contamination and eliminate repetitive-motion injuries. Vials are filled at the rate of 30 ppm.
