HEGA Filters

Effectively removes contaminants

A new line of high-efficiency gas adsorber (HEGA) filters from Camfil Farr removes hazardous gaseous contaminants from air-handling containment systems. The HEGA filter frames are manufactured from high-impact plastic that is a cost-efficient alternative to metal-framed devices. The V-bed design channels air through multiple beds of adsorbent, reducing resistance to airflow. The HEGA filters may be changed using a bag-in/bag-out procedure to protect service personnel during changeout. The filters are available with high efficiency sorbent media in 1-inch or 2-inch bed depths to meet any gaseous filtration demand and are available in fluid-seal or gasket-seal configurations. They are fully incinerable and are less likely to damage containment bags during changeout.
