Recirculating Chillers

Advanced process protection

PolyScience’s 5000 and 6000 Series Recirculating Chillers feature adjustable temperature and pressure, as well as flow rate alarms that instantly alert users to problems, including blocked cooling lines or overload conditions that could damage equipment or compromise precision. The chillers are ideal for cooling lasers and other laboratory or industrial equipment that require precise temperature control and dependable heat removal. (The chillers are capable of maintaining process temperatures from -10ÞC to up to +70ÞC with +/- 0.1ÞC stability, and are available with 1¼4 to 1 HP compressors. Additionally, the chillers offer user-friendly operation, with standard features that include extra-large temperature and pressure/flow rate digital readouts, one-touch temperature control, and ambient temperature-tracking capability. For ease of maintenance, each chiller is equipped with a quick-fill reservoir with a fluid-level indicator, an easy-access fluid filter, and a removable and washable air filter. The chillers can be calibrated to a traceable temperature standard. The chillers may be equipped with the pump type—centrifugal, positive-displacement, or turbine—that is best suited for the cooling application. A DI water package and remote-control capability are also available as options.
