Client Outreach System

Puts clients in contact with laboratories

 Clinical Information Systems has created a client outreach (CLOUT) system that puts clients in direct communication with the laboratory at all times for any type of message and/or file exchange. To begin, a client transmits a message request directly to a designated client service representative. An automatic incoming message monitor notifies the user of a new message. The representative then sends an acknowledgement to the client and takes action on the request. All exchanges take place instantaneously over a HIPAA-compliant secure Internet connection. CLOUT can be used for courier pickup and supplies requests, preprinted requisitions, HL7-format file delivery, marketing announcements, client contact and problem resolutions, phlebotomy requests, surveys, and fee schedules.
