Originally designed to maintain clinical study specimens at room temperatures, it has since been expanded for use with refrigerated and frozen specimens in all laboratory/courier fields. Its compact design and insulating features make it usable in lock boxes, courier totes, or shippers. Users condition the ConstanTemp at the desired temperature to maintain specimen integrity and eliminate the fear of cross-temperature issues. Testing has shown that temperatures can be maintained for hours. The ConstanTemp is customizable to meet users’ specific needs, including size, gel media, and a variety of fabric/print color specifications.
