Built on lateral flow technology, the BD Chek Strep A test features simplified workflow, easy-to-read results, convenient room-temperature storage, and rapid time-to-results in just 5 minutes. Additionally, the test has 97.7% overall accuracy, 95.1% sensitivity, and 99.0% specificity. A creative separate workstation is included in each kit. The reusable test-tube workstation allows the user to perform five tests at a time for the convenience of batch testing. The BD Chek Strep A test provides an all-inclusive package with 25 individually pouched test strips, kit swabs, and sufficient liquid controls.
