Fabric-faced diffuser

DuctSox, Dubuque, Iowa, a manufacturer of fabric duct systems and accessories, has introduced the D-Fuser, the HVAC industry’s first fabric-faced diffuser for laboratories. The D-Fuser comprises an environmentally friendly, 50% recycled polyester fabric face with an antimicrobial treatment, an aluminum face frame, and a 2-X-4-foot or 2-foot-X-2-foot, 22-gauge steel, powder-coated backpan that fits all standard suspended ceiling T-bar grids. A trim kit is available for finished ceiling retrofits. By combining the fabric technology using a highly permeable fabric, custom venting, and the flexible assembly shape, the D-Fuser offers improved airflow and versatility over traditional metal ceiling diffusers.

Labtool II and Mini-Labtool
